We offer high quality Cr and no-doped LiSAF, LiSGaF and LiCAF crystals grown by the Czochralski technique. The use of high quality starting materials for crystal growth and measurement of dopant concentration using absorption spectroscopy assures that each crystal will perform to customer specifications. Cr3+:LiSrAlF6 (Cr:LiSAF), typical one of the Cr-doped colquiriite crystals, is a "vibronic" laser medium, widely tunable in the near-IR range (~780 nm to 1010 nm), and also able to support pulses with durations of tens of femtoseconds (it has been shown that it is possible to generate pulses as short as 24 fs). Compared with titanium - sapphire lasers, such lasers can be much cheaper, because they use a red rather than a green pump source and can be operated with low pump powers, so that diode pumping is feasible.
