This type of mounting has advantage as the internal lenses will only move along the optical axis without rotation. Adjustable ring with scales make it more convenient for user's operation.
Advantages
This mount has an advantage as the first lens does not rotate in respect to the second lens. It also has been equipped with scale for the user to measure the distance of the lenses.
