Self-Centering Lens / Optics Mount 4SCML-4 reliably centers and securely holds round optics and cylindrical objects. This device is particularly valuable when lenses of different diameters are being used interchangeably, as repeated centering at constant height is necessary. The Self-Centering Lens/Optics Mount 4SCML-4 accommodates optics up to 101.6 mm and is oversized to provide easy finger access for inserting and remaining optics. When released the three arms grip the lens, automatically centering the lens within the holder. The Self-Centering Lens/Optics Mounts 4SCML-4 can mount on ALTECHNA Posts for easy adjustment of vertical height and azimuthal angle.

Mount is equipped with fixing nut to fasten the optics in desired position and exclude possibility of accidental release of optics.

Main body ring is produced with special mounting holes making it possible to attach the unit directly to a vertical flat surface. Input or/and output of a spectrometer, for example. See drawings for more detailed info.
