We want to bring to your notice that there are changes in our company’s ownership. In order to support Altechna‘s growth strategy, LitCapital venture capital fund (co-owner since 2013) is making an additional investment that will result in the fund acquiring full ownership of the company. The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of this year.

The management team and our strategy will remain the same. We will continue to focus on delivering the highest quality products and services to our customers as we did for over 25 years already. This change enables Altechna to implement investments in manufacturing‘s technology and capacity to support the demand of our key customers.
