Key Responsibilities
- Be the go-to expert on precision optics, helping customers maximize the value of our products and coatings
- Meet customer needs while driving business growth and achieving ambitious sales targets
- Build strong, lasting relationships with customers through regular communication and site visits, becoming their go-to resource for precision optics
- Stay ahead of industry and market trends to bring insight and authority to every customer interaction
- Identify new opportunities, develop new customers, and expand the company’s market footprint
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet customer requirements, ensuring manufacturability and fast delivery
Required skills
- At least 5 years of technical sales experience, in the laser optics/ photonics industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics or Material Science
- Deep and broad understanding of precision optics
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both verbal and written
- Methodical, detail-oriented, and well-organized approach to work
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- High level of personal accountability
What we offer
- Pay: $75,000-$130,000/annual earning potential, consisting of base salary plus commission
- Day shift (7 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.)
