Measures flatness, wavefront distortion, parallelism, s/p polarization up to 101.6 mm clear aperture

Profilometry (ZYGO ZeGage Pro HR)

White-light non-contact 3D scans, stitching for plano, spherical, and cylindrical surfaces; sub-ångström repeatability; parts up to 100×100×90 mm

Spectral & Polarization Characterization

Spectrophotometer (Essent Optics Photon RT)

185–3500 nm range, transmittance (T, Ts, Tp) and absolute reflectance (R, Rs, Rp), 0° –75° angles, supports polarizing cubes

Chromatis (Dispersion Measurement)

Group delay, GDD, TOD measurements at 550–1650 nm; up to 70° incidence

Dimensional & Angular Measurement

Spherometer with Centering

Measures focal length, ROC (±750 mm), EFL up to ±5000 mm; 0.05–0.3% accuracy

High-precision Goniometer

Angle testing for prisms, wedges per ISO 10110-1, VDI‑2605, DIN 3140; accuracy ~0.6 arcsec; samples to 210 mm
