As a Key Account Manager you will
- seek out potential leads through various channels and assess their suitability for our products/services
- develop and expand relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing technological solutions
- prepare and execute well-coordinated business development strategies and action plans for targeted customers
- guide customers through the sales process, using your expertise to secure long-term contracts
attend professional global exhibitions & events - have business trips to various European countries
Requirements
- experience in B2B sales providing technological solutions in Photonics market (in Europe would be a big plus)
- educational background in Physics, Engineering or Business Development
strong communication and interpersonal skills - excellent organizational skills
- problem-solving and negotiation skills
- quick learning skills to adapt to new environment and continuously improve product & industry knowledge
- openness for challenges & results-driven mindset
- willingness to travel frequently
- fluency in English and Lithuanian

- Monthly gross salary range starts from 2600 EUR + bonus system; The final offer will depend on the experience and competence of the selected candidate.
