Metrology Team Lead

You will be responsible for

  • Metrology team management (<10 persons) to provide effective and timely metrology of optical elements
  • Design & development of measurement processes, methods, procedures and equipment
  • Technical leadership provision in the field of calibration and precision metrology


We expect that you…

  • have higher education in Physics
  • have hands-on experience with measurement techniques such as: interferometry, spectrophotometry, spherometry
  • have knowledge of laser components, polarization optics, laser crystals
  • have strong technical curiosity & problem solving skills
  • have proven leadership, team management experience
