Key Account Manager (Europe)

As a Key Account Manager you will

 

  • seek out potential leads through various channels and assess their suitability for our products/services
  • develop and expand relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing technological solutions
  • prepare and execute well-coordinated business development strategies and action plans for targeted customers
  • guide customers through the sales process, using your expertise to secure long-term contracts
    attend professional global exhibitions & events
  • have business trips to various European countries

 

Requirements

 

  • experience in B2B sales providing technological solutions in Photonics market (in Europe would be a big plus)
  • educational background in Physics, Engineering or Business Development
    strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • excellent organizational skills
  • problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • quick learning skills to adapt to new environment and continuously improve product & industry knowledge
  • openness for challenges & results-driven mindset
  • willingness to travel frequently
  • fluency in English and Lithuanian
